Eric Fordham

Engineering Geologist, Hydrogeologist

Mr. Fordham has more than 35 years of experience in the fields of hydrogeology, engineering geology, and environmental geology. Mr. Fordham’s expertise includes designing and implementing subsurface investigations to characterize geologic and hydrogeologic conditions for groundwater basin management, including aquifer recharge and groundwater pumping; development and application of groundwater flow and solute transport models; design and construction of groundwater production wells; assessment and remediation of subsurface environmental impacts; development of groundwater monitoring programs; geologic and hydrogeologic support for environmental permitting; siting and expansion of dams and waste disposal facilities; and groundwater control for subterranean structures. Mr. Fordham is a registered geologist with specialty certifications in Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology.

Steve Duke

Engineering Geologist, Geophysicist, Hydrogeologist

Mr. Duke has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of engineering geology, engineering geophysics, and hydrogeology. He has designed, performed, and interpreted geological and geophysical site investigations for a wide variety of projects including dams and reservoirs, pipelines and tunnels, bridges and roadways, buildings, and earth retaining structures. His experience includes characterizing soil, rock, and groundwater conditions; evaluating active faults, landslides, and other geologic structures; performing slope stability evaluations, seismic hazard assessments and forensic studies; and performing construction vibration measurements and evaluations. Mr. Duke is a California registered Professional Geologist and Geophysicist as well as a Certified Engineering Geologist and Hydrogeologist.

Rambod Hadidi

Geotechnical Engineer

Dr. Hadidi has over 20 years of experience in geotechnical engineering. He has experience in field exploration, engineering analysis, and construction observation on a wide range of projects including ports, bridges, dams, reservoirs, buildings, pipelines, roadways, airports, tunnels, and power plants. His expertise includes earthquake engineering and numerical analysis of geotechnical systems. Dr. Hadidi has several years of research and teaching experience at several universities in the US and has published many articles in peer-reviewed journals and conferences. Dr. Hadidi is a registered Civil and Geotechnical Engineer.

Andrew Dinsick

Professional Engineer

Mr. Dinsick has over 15 years of experience in the field of geotechnical and earthquake engineering. He has analyzed subsurface information on a wide range of infrastructure projects, with specific emphasis on seismic hazard evaluation and mitigation. His experience has includes facilities such as bridges, dams, reservoirs, buildings, pipelines, roadways, tunnels, and power plants including nuclear facilities. His expertise includes characterization of subsurface material static and dynamic properties, liquefaction evaluation, seismic hazard analysis and ground motion characterization. Mr. Dinsick is a registered Civil Engineer.

YOSHI MORIWAKI

Geotechnical Engineer


Dr. Moriwaki has over 45 years of experience in geotechnical, geotechnical earthquake, and civil engineering. He is one of the founding principals of GeoPentech. His expertise includes geotechnical earthquake engineering, geotechnical engineering, slope engineering, dam and tailings dam engineering, site and material characterization, geotechnical analyses, pile foundations, soil improvement, offshore and port engineering, and the geotechnical application of probabilistic methods. Dr. Moriwaki, a registered Civil Engineer and Geotechnical Engineer, actively contributes to various professional societies and has taught at San Jose State University and Caltech.


JOHN BARNEICH

Geotechnical Engineer


Mr. Barneich, one of the founding principals of GeoPentech, has over five decades of experience in geotechnical engineering and soil dynamics. Mr. Barneich has focused his practice on geotechnical earthquake engineering for projects involving dam design, slope stabilization, evaluation of earth retaining structures, design and evaluation of vibrating foundations, construction vibration studies, and forensic engineering. Mr. Barneich is a member of the earthquake committee for the United States Committee on Large Dams and the Permanent Soil Nail Committee for the City and County of Los Angeles Mr. Barneich isa registered Civil Engineer and Geotechnical Engineer.
